Prioritizing projects and tasks is difficult. Period. Even big corporations struggle with this.
But I have found a formula that I have used over and over again and it helps me EVERY TIME! Which saves me SO MUCH TIME!
I no longer waste time or effort on tasks that aren’t bringing in new business or giving customers what they want.
I simply plug my tasks into this spreadsheet, rate the effort, feasibility, impact and desirability and BAM! I know exactly what tasks are a priority and which can wait until later (or get delegated!)

The formula is simple: (effort + feasibility) / (impact + desirability) = Priority
